What does it taste like?
This bubbly brew is super crisp and dry with a pleasant subtle fruitiness reminiscent of champagne.

What’s in it?
We combined standard American two-row barley and purple corn for the grain bill on this beer. The corn lightens the brew along with giving it a nice pinkish hue. We hop this beer with Santiam, Crystal, and Sterling hops to both balance the malt and add some floral flavors and aromas. The key to this brew is the yeast. We use a Prisse de Mousse Champagne yeast which gives the beer its Champagne-like qualities.

  • Silver medal – Specialty category, 2017 Best Little Brewfest in Texas

What does it taste like?
This well-balanced blonde ale has flavors of honey and subtle cinnamon notes.

What’s in it?
We use two-row barley make up the base of this beer and sprinkle is a bit of malted wheat and honey malt to give it a little malty sweetness and body. We add just enough Crystal, Columbus, and Palisade hops to balance the sweetness of the malt without overpowering the main flavors of the beer: mesquite beans and honey. Mesquite beans are those long, weird-looking pods that grow on mesquite trees. While many people consider the mesquite tree to be an invasive nuisance, few are aware that the seed pods are edible and really tasty. We literally searched around the world for the best tasting mesquite bean and we found it in Argentina. The Argentinean mesquite produces a very aromatic bean with flavors of cinnamon, honey, and fresh-baked cookies. We finish the brew off with a healthy dose of Nature Nate’s 100% Pure Raw and Unfiltered Honey to give it even more honey characteristics.

Greenblet Logo

What does it taste like?
This easy-drinking unfiltered wheat beer has flavors of honey, citrus fruits, pineapple, & coriander along with some earthy and peppery notes.

What’s in it?
We use a lot of malted wheat and two-row barley make up the base of this beer which creates a rich, slightly sweet, and full bodied brew. We add a pinch of honey malt and, even though there’s no honey in it, it adds a little honey flavor and helps create a golden color. We hop it with Cascade and Santiam hops for their citrus, herbal, and peppery flavors and spice it with coriander and grapefruit peel (which adds flavors of coriander and grapefruit of course!). We use a beast of a yeast to ferment this beer. It’s a high attenuating and low flocculating yeast. What does this mean? It means it eats A LOT of the sugars and converts them into alcohol and CO2 but it doesn’t like to leave after it’s done, resulting in a glorious golden haze. We could filter it all out, but we don’t mind the yeast hanging around because it adds a lot of great citrusy and spicy flavors to the beer (and who doesn’t love more flavor?).

What does it come in?
Greenbelt can be found in 6-packs of cans and on draft.

What does it taste like?
This full bodied brew comes fully loaded with flavors of coffee, chocolate, roasted nuts, and oats.

What’s in it?
Lightly toasted two-row barley malt makes up the bulk of our grain bill. We add a little brown malted barley for a nice toasty flavor. A mix of roasted barley and Blackprinz barley adds coffee and chocolate flavors and it’s what makes the stout dark in color. Some malted wheat helps bulk up the mouthfeel of the beer and a bunch of oats adds some oat flavor and makes the beer rich and creamy. We finish it off with a touch of robust maple syrup which, after fermentation, adds a nice nutty characteristic. We hop it with some bitter Columbus hops to help balance out all the malty sweetness and we ferment this beer with a yeast that showcases the flavors from the grain.

What does it taste like?
Looks can be deceiving with this golden brew. It’s full bodied, with a sweet and slick mouthfeel, and it surprises your senses with aromas and flavors of dark chocolate, dark roasted coffee, vanilla, honey, and a hint of caramel.

What’s in it?
A large amount of standard two-row malted barley makes up the foundation of this beer. With brunch as our inspiration, we add flaked barley and oats, which add grainy characteristics and aid in a hearty mouthfeel and head retention. A hint of honey and caramel malts lend a mild sweetness of honey and caramel flavors. To create some residual sweetness in the beer we add lactose (milk sugar), which the yeast is unable to ferment. Of course no brunch would be complete without some maple syrup. We use the richest and most unrefined maple syrup from Ben’s Sugar Shack in New Hampshire to lend earthy and nutty flavors to the beer. To balance the malty-sweet-goodness, we use a large amount of Northern Brewer hops and we ferment this beer with a yeast that showcases the flavors from the grain and sugars. In order to get stout-like flavors into this beer without adding too much dark coloring, we utilize roasted cacao nibs, vanilla, and coffee. The cacao nibs lend flavors of dark chocolate and roasted flavors and the vanilla adds some vanilla flavor (go figure!). The coffee we use is a dark-roasted coffee from West Oak Coffee Roasters right here in Denton, TX. This spectacular coffee has honeysuckle and maple aromas, the acidity of green apples, and earthy flavors of roasted chocolate.
